Robert Harrison joined the firm in June 2024.

Robert advises the firm on all aspects of its investment mandate, from sourcing, structuring, and documenting investments at inception to managing and overseeing the firm’s portfolio through to exit.

Prior to joining Yorkville, Robert was a senior associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP in New York, where he advised public companies and private equity sponsors on M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

Robert received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the National Order of Barristers. Robert received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
