Roger Masi joined the firm in July 2024.

Roger has 15 years of experience on Wall Street and almost a decade of experience in equity capital markets. Roger specializes in sourcing and structuring new investments and re-structuring companies in all types of financial transactions. Prior to joining Yorkville, Roger worked in various equity-option related roles, including a head trader at an equity capital market and option focused family office and the Head of Structured Equity Capital Markets at Walleye Capital.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers College.
